  This is the place to go to for any issues with your phone. I don't know why some reviews say customer service is bad. I have never ever had a problem with the customer service for the past 5 years. This is my family's go to store for any issues with our phones. The staff there are always helpful and have gone out of their way to find a solution to any issue from lost data, switching to more cost effective plans to obtaining extenders when service was spotty near our residence etc. In fact since the service has been so great a number of my friends too have switched to Verizon and are now loyal fans of this store.

  Christian was very helpful in upgrading my daughter’s phone. He helped me save the most I️ could in trading in her old phone. He was fun to talk to as well.
