  Being from India, I am impressed by the authentic Indian cuisine presented at Bombay Bistro. Most Indian restaurants slather on heavy cream, butter and salt and excessive spices and all the sauces are more or less the same. Not at Bombay Bistro, the chef brings out the inherent flavor of the meat or fish or vegetables and enhances it with subtle and specific spices. I am impressed with the food and this is closer to "home cooked food" and what you would experience in some of the finer restaurants in India.
