  As an '06 Oak Knoll grad, my experience may be the complete opposite of the below review. I transferred to Oak Knoll my sophomore year and was surprised at how welcoming the students and faculty were to a new student. Transferring to a new school in the middle of the year is difficult at any school, but the girls and teachers at OKS made my transition easy. Teachers helped me catch up during their lunch hours and after class; girls were always willing to help. A rigorous academic load is expected at Oak Knoll, yet this prepared me for college.Oak Knoll gave me the confidence - socially and academically - to succeed in college and in life. Oak Knoll creates a familial atmosphere where girls are comfortable to be themselves. The school fosters strong moral values, and I believe the girls who attend school there are lucky to be a part of such a great community.
