  My son had a 7 am appointment for a 3 hour test. We were told to arrive 10 minutes early, however when we arrived, the registration person rudely told us that they don't open until 7 am. Then we stood in line to fill in a form with my phone number. (I had already called for preregistration). Again we were told rudely to sit down! Why have 7 am appointments if they do not accept patients.
